Position Summary

The Manager, Community Growth is responsible for driving new member acquisition. The Aviation ISAC’s growth strategy is focused on maintaining our trusted community. The Manager for Community Growth will execute our growth strategy by targeting potential members in various aviation segments, such as airlines, airports, original equipment manufacturers, (OEM’s) and aviation services companies. The Manager will work with our membership committee and ensure growth is aligned to our mission. This role reports to the President and CEO and may include other responsibilities as assigned. This role will live by and actively promote Aviation ISAC’s core values in all interactions and decisions. This is a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• People
• This is an individual contributor position reporting to the President.
• Membership Growth & Retention
• Develop and implement strategies to attract members in alignment with the Aviation ISAC growth strategy.
• Assist in the creation and execution of the annual growth targets in accordance with the Aviation ISAC Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
• Data & Reporting
• Utilize our CRM to maintain accurate records to track engagement with potential members, maintain our subscriber agreement and operating rules, manage the potential member relationship, and ensure a smooth transition to our customer success team. The manager will prepare reports on business development program management and outcomes.

• Demonstrate and promote Aviation ISAC’s core values in all activities, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.

Competencies

• Strong leadership and program development skills.
• Five years of demonstrated success in technical sales or community organizational sales or a strong background in cybersecurity product sales, or cyber intelligence work. Aviation Cybersecurity familiarity is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is beneficial in this role.
• Demonstrated commitment to organizational values and ethical standards.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10% travel for member meetings and industry events.

Salary commensurate with experience.
