We are looking for a Manager ContiTech Holding Netherlands (m/f/diverse) for our location in Maastricht. Key Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of the ContiTech holding entity in the Netherlands. Ensure full compliance of the Dutch holding entity with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact in the Netherlands for ContiTech’s central functions. Support central functions on financing matters, international projects, and M&A activities. Oversee and coordinate relationships with subsidiaries worldwide, including corporate housekeeping, dividend management, and capital measures. Manage the integration of new companies into the group structure, including incorporations, acquisitions, mergers, and transfers. Implement the Group Tax strategy within the Dutch holding entities. Support and coordinate international tax-related matters. Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, external advisors, and other key stakeholders. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in tax, accounting, corporate finance, or a comparable area, ideally within an international environment. Experience in managing or supporting legal entity governance and holding structures is considered an advantage. Ability to work independently in a lean organization with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and countries. Fluent English language skills; Dutch is considered an asset but is not required. Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style. Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
