INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Independent research and target group-oriented gaining and editorial preparation of content for internal and external communication Development, implementation, control and results analysis of international communication campaigns/projects especially with focus on social projects (monitoring kpis) Continuous analysis and further development of existing communication channels with the aim of positioning the Berner Group in the best possible way both internally and externally Cross-channel storytelling SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES Support: crisis, change & strategy communications (ensuring ‘one voice’) Employer branding and social media exchange with external stakeholders (e.g. Journalists) and agency steering Creation of synergies between internal and external communication through close networking with all necessary interfaces Pro-actively work on further development of the communication strategy in a process-driven and group-wide connected team (close collaboration/best practice sharing) Advisor/consultant for internal experts/pillar managers and the subsidiaries in all communication and media related topics.
