Braun SE Job Posting Location: Melsungen, Hessen, Germany Functional Area: Other Areas Working Model: Hybrid Requisition ID: 13611 Responsibilities Integrate sustainability into Marketing and Sales activities Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor development Lead the international “Customer Voice” Community Develop communication and training materials related to sustainability topics Support regional Sales teams in customer interactions Translate customer requirements into sustainable portfolio development Support sustainability-related customer inquiries and tenders Further develop efficient processes for managing customer sustainability requirements Professional Competencies Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or a related field Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development Strong understanding of healthcare or medical technology markets Good knowledge of sustainability topics, such as Circular Economy, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), or Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) Ability to communicate complex technical and sustainability-related topics in a customer-oriented and target group-specific manner Experience in international and cross-functional collaboration Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage Personal Competencies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial and customer-focused mindset combined with a strong passion for sustainability Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working Ability to successfully drive change and influence stakeholders without formal authority High level of initiative, commitment, and accountability Benefits Corporate networks Company pension scheme Mobility benefits, e.g., the B.
