Payroll Oversight: Lead the end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely data collection, processing, and distribution that align with our high standards of KPIs and SLAs. Project Leadership: Spearhead client projects, consulting on process improvements and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance service delivery. Data Validation: Conduct thorough payroll data validations and reconciliation analyses to proactively identify and mitigate high-risk areas. Tailored Solutions: Manage client-specific requirements, including payroll mapping and global cost tracking, ensuring seamless collaboration with payroll and third-party vendors. Compliance Support: Assist clients with accurate year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and other compliance-related documentation, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
