What you will do: Independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the Axpo Group from set-up and structuring through to successful delivery Lead key workstreams within large, group-wide transformation and strategy projects Support internal stakeholders in identifying project opportunities and delivering business-critical initiatives Contribute to the continuous development of our project management organisation and methodologies Strengthen collaboration and networking across the Group, acting as a link between Madrid and other Axpo locations Travel flexibly to Baden (Switzerland) and other international Axpo sites depending on project needs What you bring & who you are: Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or natural sciences; ideally complemented by additional business education or an MBA At least 7 years of experience in project management and in the facilitation of workshops, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm A proven track record in delivering complex, cross-divisional projects or leading major project streams Strong communication skills, an analytical and structured mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach Confident using AI-supported and digital tools to improve analysis, collaboration and project delivery Business fluent English is essential (written and spoken); German is an advantage About the team: We are a dynamic team of in-house consultants driving strategically relevant projects from concept to measurable impact — post-merger integrations, business model transformations and group-wide change programmes.
