As the Manager, Hilton Honors Program Economics, you will join the Hilton Honors Program team, supporting the financial strategy, design, and long-term evolution of Hilton Honors through data-driven analysis and strategic decision making. Reporting to the Director, Hilton Honors Program Economics, you will develop the analytical frameworks and financial models that evaluate program enhancements, strategic partnerships, and owner economics while providing recommendations that influence executive decisions across Marketing, Finance, Commercial Services, and Hilton Honors leadership. What you'll do during a typical day: Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate Hilton Honors initiatives, balancing member value, hotel owner impact, and program financial performance. Translate complex quantitative analyses into concise, executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership. Support ongoing analysis and management of Hilton Honors performance, including executive reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews, forecasting, and program target setting. Serve as a subject matter expert on Hilton Honors program economics to support cross-functional projects. How you'll collaborate with others: Partner closely with Finance, Analytics, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams to evaluate strategic initiatives and measure program performance. Support cross-functional planning and executive decision-making by providing analytical expertise for new products, partnerships, and loyalty program enhancements. Collaborate with internal and external partners during commercial negotiations by developing financial analyses, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations that balance customer value with long-term business objectives. Projects you'll take ownership of: Lead the financial evaluation and business case development for new Hilton Honors products and benefits. Develop financial models supporting strategic partnership opportunities and negotiations. Drive executive reporting and performance management for Hilton Honors through Quarterly Business Reviews, KPI development, forecasting, and target setting. What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Five (5) years of professional experience in strategy, finance, consulting, business analytics, loyalty, revenue management, or a related function Demonstrated experience translating quantitative analyses into clear business recommendations Experience building financial models and/or forecastsExperience in a formal or informal leadership capacity, including task delegation, performance coaching, and team support Work hybrid schedule in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office It would be useful if you have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field Experience with customer loyalty programs, hospitality, travel, airline, financial services, or other consumer membership businesses Experience evaluating new products, commercial partnerships, or other complex business economics How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
