About the role The Human Resources Manager will support IPART’s Executive Team to implement innovative HR strategies, initiatives and policies consistent with IPART’s strategic and workforce plans. The Manager will also work tactically with people leaders and team members to build and strengthen IPART’s culture and capability consistent with our values by providing advice, guidance, coaching and mentoring. This role is open to current NSW government employees only. Secondment opportunities may be considered. This role is offered on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 months, with the potential for an extension subject to business needs and approvals. About you You are an influential and approachable leader who is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional HR outcomes. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will lead a broad portfolio of human resources functions, balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery in a dynamic environment. You will bring contemporary HR expertise and a strong understanding of emerging trends and best practice, using this knowledge to shape and strengthen our people initiatives. Experience working in the NSW public sector, including knowledge of relevant employment legislation, industrial frameworks and workforce practices, would be advantageous.
