Manager, Implementation Services

Work Schedule: Primarily aligned with local regional office hours, with flexibility to accommodate customer, project, and team needs across time zones. Salary Range Disclosure: The expected salary range for this position is £85,819 - £113,495 per annum . Compensation decisions are made in alignment with our compensation philosophy and are based on a variety of factors, including market data, experience, and skills. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation and benefits, where applicable. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth functioning of client projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes. Drive the adoption and adherence to a globally consistent Professional Services Automation (PSA) process, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices. Evaluate and optimize the performance and utilization of technical consultants within projects, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address project issues, facilitate solution development, and ensure seamless project execution. Assist in scoping, estimation, and qualification of Statements of Work (SOW), working closely with the SOW team to align project objectives and resources. Liaise with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Operation teams to streamline project implementation, billing processes, and resource management. Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive project success and enhance team effectiveness, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 10+ years similar industry experience. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in project management, particularly in a Professional Services environment, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, committed to building and maintaining positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational excellence. Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and drive productivity.
