Overview
Our client is seeking a senior, product-minded leader to own and scale their local reputation and discovery ecosystem across platforms like Google Business Profile, Maps, Meta, and emerging AI-driven search.
This role goes beyond traditional reputation management. This person will act as the product owner of local platforms, building scalable systems, integrations, and workflows that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue across a multi-location franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for local reputation and discovery platforms (GBP, Maps, Meta, etc.)
- Build and scale listings and reputation systems, including review workflows and automation
- Partner with Product and Engineering to drive integrations, APIs, and data workflows
- Translate platform changes into scalable processes and technical solutions
- Establish KPIs tied to visibility, engagement, and revenue
- Lead execution across marketing, product, and franchise stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in local SEO, listings, reputation management, or related fields
- Experience managing multi-location or franchise environments
- Strong product mindset with experience building systems or owning roadmaps
- Hands-on experience with GBP and local listings platforms
- Experience working with technical teams, integrations, or automation workflows
- Proven ability to own and drive complex initiatives end-to-end
