As Manager, Modeling & Best Practices, you will lead a highly skilled team of actuarial and data science professionals responsible for transforming research, predictive modeling, and analytical innovation into scalable business capabilities. You will play a critical role in connecting research, actuarial science, technology, and ratemaking functions across the organization to accelerate the adoption of next-generation pricing solutions. More specifically, you will be responsible to: Lead and develop a high-performing team of actuarial and data science professionals, fostering an engaging culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Drive the commercialization of advanced analytics and research initiatives, partnering across actuarial, underwriting, distribution, and technology teams to bring innovative pricing capabilities from concept to production. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in predictive modeling, actuarial analytics, data science, and data infrastructure, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. Oversee the development and delivery of analytical capabilities, including Azure-based data and modeling pipelines, model governance, performance monitoring, and operational readiness. Serve as a key business partner and Agile leader, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing work, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
