Responsibilities Academic Partnerships & Institutional Relations Build and maintain strategic relationships with target universities, including HBCUs, HSIs, and community colleges, to establish OVG as a premier employer of choice in the live entertainment industry. Partner with university Alumni Relations departments to design and host meet & greets and brand-building campus events. Collaborate with DEI partners to expand OVG's reach across underrepresented student populations. Develop partnerships with culinary institutions (e.g., Culinary Institute of America, Le Cordon Bleu, ULV) to build new talent pipelines for OVG's food & beverage divisions. Deliver resume workshops and employer information sessions at target academic institutions. Lead efforts to expand academic partnership infrastructure globally and build international program pipelines. Corporate Early Career Programs Design, launch, and own OVG's bespoke Rotational Program, including assembling a cross-functional development team, identifying inaugural locations, and managing the ASCEND program as a direct output of year-long internship engagements. Own and manage OVG's 10-week summer internship program across all departments. Partner with internal hiring managers to align job descriptions and departmental expectations with early career program standards. Create and execute weekly intern programming including speaker sessions, virtual engagement activities, and events through approved vendors. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop intern-led content (e.g., TikTok takeovers, social media reels, Instagram Stories). Manage the annual budget across all student-facing programs. Oversee intern swag procurement and delivery ahead of each program cycle. Talent Pipeline Expansion Design and launch programs to source and hire veterans, candidates with disabilities, and AEP candidates. Explore and build infrastructure to support global internship program growth. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in university relations, campus recruiting, or early career program management. Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale internship or early career programs from concept to execution. Strong business acumen paired with an approachable, relationship-forward communication style. Self-directed, goal-driven, and consistent in follow-through. Confident public speaker with strong virtual facilitation skills. Proven track record of building relationships with internal stakeholders, academic institutions, and corporate partners, including C-Suite and SVP-level leaders. Experience coordinating multi-partner events and campaigns. Experience with international student or internship programs is a plus. Ability to travel 50-70% to attend career fairs, job expos, and on-campus events.
