The Manager, Omnichannel Planning and Execution role is responsible for analyzing and reporting digital business performance, managing sales, margin, and expense forecasting, and delivering actionable insights for assigned categories. This role develops strategic recommendations that drive growth across promotional planning, assortment optimization, fulfillment channels, and site experience enhancements. The position serves as a key cross-functional partner to Digital Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to support business performance and long-term growth. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Analyze digital business performance and develop accurate sales, margin, and expense forecasts, budgets, and financial submissions for assigned categories Build, automate, and maintain reporting, dashboards, financial models, and business tools to deliver insights and improve operational efficiency Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews by providing performance updates, KPI analysis, trend identification, and strategic recommendations Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Operations teams to drive business results and forecast accuracy Develop and execute short- and long-term omnichannel growth strategies, including promotional planning, assortment optimization, site experience enhancements, and ongoing performance evaluation Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in merchandising, financial planning, e-commerce, analytics, or a related field, preferably within a consumer-focused retail environment Strong understanding of retail financial metrics, forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and data-driven decision making Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively across teams, communicate insights clearly, and work independently in a dynamic environment Proven experience leveraging data, analytics, and business insights to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive business performance Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in merchandising, financial planning, e-commerce, or a related retail discipline, including ownership of business performance or P&L metrics Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data and analytics platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, or similar tools Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and lead through ambiguity Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and partnering on digital product, analytics, or technology implementations Advanced degree and a passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and leveraging new capabilities to drive growth in healthcare retail Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
