You’re ready to challenge the status quo to produce world-class search campaigns for high profile brands and take pride in your ability to clearly articulate the outcomes of the tactics and the strategy to the client as the day-to-day client lead. You thrive in a multi-functional role and enjoy training and coaching team members to ensure flawless tactical execution. Responsibilities · Work with search director to develop campaign strategies and is responsible for the execution of search campaigns against the strategy · Lead virtual and in-person presentations in a polished, energetic way, displaying story-telling elements throughout · Display basic management skills, including understanding of setting expectations, ability to train others, delegate tasks and provide feedback · Liaison between search and all other digital channels to help contribute towards a multi-channel approach/strategy · Oversee and manages client reports and analysis · Work with Search Lead to develop campaign strategies and is responsible for the execution of search campaigns against the strategy · Responsible for majority of day-to-day client communications regarding insights, reporting, and optimization recommendation. Assists in the development of POVs · Display management skills, including understanding of setting expectations, ability to train others, delegate tasks and provide feedback Required Skills & Experience · Experience with within an agency environment required · Substantial experience in paid search · Substantial experience in Google, Bing, and other search partners · Substantial experience on at least one bidding platform such as Marin, Kenshoo or SA360 · Substantial experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required Desired Skills & Experience · Spanish proficiency is a plus · Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned · Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail · Have basic story-telling ability as well as ability to lead virtual and in-person presentations Wage and Benefits We offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
