You'll Get To: Effectively lead a team of engagement managers to meet team and department goals, including billable utilization , project success, and adhere to internal processes Manage and lead a team of consultants to successfully implement the BlackLine suite of products Understand BlackLine solutions, and how they integrate with customer systems and processes A ttract and retain top talent within the team Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects Function as client and partner contact for project management and escalations, and advise on best practices throughout the implementation phase s Provide support and required assistance to team and other groups in the services department P rovide recommendations and best practices to customers to drive successful project completion Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication Effectively manage and maintain client relationships W ork both in a team environment and individually Assist in updating implementation documentation deliverables as needed Assist in creating processes and procedures which improve and streamline the implementation processes L ead a group of engagement managers and manage team's workload D rive PS revenue by effectively managing projects and maximizing billable hours Identify opportunities for upselling and product expansion What You'll Bring: Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Accounting software Proven ability to show initiative Strong organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, time management and consultative skills Software background preferred Previous project management experience Previous management or supervisory experience 4-5 years of consulting experience (either software, technology, or audit/accounting) Previous customer facing experience Thrive at BlackLine Because You Are Joining: A technology-based company with a sense of adventure and a vision for the future. Salary Range: $98,000.00-$123,000.00 Pay Transparency Statement: Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.
