Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, including coaching, performance support, resource planning, and team development Oversee execution and performance across multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer expectations Develop and support project proposals, including scope definition, budgets, schedules, and delivery strategies Manage program-level financial performance, including billing, forecasting, margin, cost controls, and tracking/reporting Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development, repeat work, and strategic growth opportunities Drive project and team performance through KPIs, operational reporting, resource planning, process improvements, and accountability measures Provide executive-level communication to leadership and clients regarding project performance, risks, escalations, priorities, and business impacts Make strategic and operational decisions that support successful project outcomes, effective team performance, and long-term customer satisfaction Partner with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field partners to ensure project delivery practices remain consistent, efficient, and aligned with company standards Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across projects and recommend improvements that enhance delivery performance, customer experience, and business results What You Bring Strong knowledge of team leadership, personnel development, resource planning, and business strategy Advanced financial management capability across multiple projects Ability to lead teams, coach project management staff, and drive accountability, engagement, and overall program/project performance Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present clearly to leadership and customer representatives Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Operational decision-making skills, with the ability to make high-impact decisions affecting teams, customers, and business outcomes Ability to align project execution with organizational goals, customer expectations, and long-term business strategy Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint; experience with CMiC or similar project management tools preferred Ability to travel 25–40% Education & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, healthcare, or utility, environments PMP certification preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: $126,660 – $168,724 annually (based on education and experience) Annual bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity Work-from-home flexibility (when not in the field) Flexible working hours Four weeks’ vacation plus 7 company-paid holidays Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance Company wellness program, including access to personal health coach Company-paid benefits: Telemedicine, disability insurance, life insurance 401(k) plan with company match Family-oriented culture Career growth opportunities
