What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a group of Quality Analysts who develop and execute test cases and scenarios in order to ensure the quality of our software releases. Assist in developing and implementing a strategy to move our test practice to an “automation first” approach. Work collaboratively with other quality managers, product owners, and developers. Provide ideas and extend our test frameworks as needed and develop new testing tools. Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting methods are effective, efficient, standardized, coordinated, and integrated. Assist in designing test strategies, developing test tools, and implementing test cases to ensure the highest quality deliverable. What You’ll Need: 8+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications in the software development industry. Experience with managing and mentoring Quality Analysts and Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs). Experience with code deployments and version control systems. Able to multi-task, triage issues, react well to changes, work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance; detail orientation is a must. Must be able to work with teams across different time zones. Experience with creating test automation, preferably using Playwright and Selenium. Previous experience with C# and TypeScript are also desired. Experience with Continuous Integration and familiarity with Continuous Deployment tools such as Bamboo, GitLabs. Experience managing in a remote environment is strongly preferred. Education : BS in Computer Science or related engineering field preferred. Strong relevant work experience in building QA teams will be considered as well. Where You’ll Work: Employees for this position will be remote. For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
