Manager – Talent Acquisition Location: Hybrid (Bangalore) About the Job As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead hiring for Riveron’s Financial Advisory practice. You will focus on finding and hiring strong advisory and corporate talent to support our growing client engagements. In this role, you will balance direct hiring for mid-to-senior positions with team leadership, guiding 2–3 recruiters and working closely with Practice Directors and Managing Directors. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, sharing market insights, driving direct sourcing, and keeping hiring processes structured and efficient. You spot hiring bottlenecks early and find practical, creative direct sourcing solutions You are organized, data-driven, and communicate clearly across all levels. You are happy to pitch in on team initiatives like employer branding, process improvements, and hiring events. What You’ll Do 70% Hands-On Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for niche, mid-to-senior roles across Financial Advisory (Financial Due Diligence, Accounting Advisory, Technical Accounting, Risk Advisory and Valuation). 30% Team Mentoring & Stakeholder Management: Guide and support a team of 2–3 recruiters while partnering directly with Advisory Practice leaders as a key talent partner. Run targeted direct sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, map competitor talent pools, and reach out to passive candidates across Big 4, GCCs, and consulting firms. Maintain Ashby ATS hygiene, workflows, and compliance to ensure data accuracy and smooth candidate progression. Track and take full ownership of core TA metrics like time-to-fill, source mix, offer acceptance rates, and team SLAs. Share regular recruitment updates, dashboards, and hiring insights with practice leaders. Qualifications MBA in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related master's degree. 8+ years of recruitment experience, with solid knowledge of the Indian talent market in Financial Advisory, Accounting Advisory, Transaction Services, Risk Advisory and Valuation. Experience in Professionals services firm including Big4 is preferred 2–3 years of experience managing or mentoring a small team of 2–3 recruiters in a consulting firm or corporate/GCC setup. Proven track record of 70% direct delivery, with strong hands-on skills in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, talent mapping, and market research. Prior experience with Ashby ATS strongly preferred. Solid stakeholder management skills, good business sense, and hands-on comfort with recruitment data and reporting.
