About the Team You will lead a team of 4 recruiters, each embedded in key areas of the business. The team spans the US and Czechia, so a Global mindset and ability to lead across multiple time zones is essential. This is a highly functioning group of individuals with a passion for finding the best talent for the leaders they support. Reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting, you will also partner closely with the other recruiting leaders to maintain a consistent leadership approach for the organization. You will coach and develop your team, foster a culture of accountability, and be the connective tissue between your team and the business. The Role We are seeking an experienced Manager to serve as the strategic talent leader supporting Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Security (PDESS), and G&A functions. You'll lead the full recruiting strategy for these organizations, while driving hiring velocity, pipeline health and an exceptional candidate experience. This role will be working closely with the business executives to ensure we are not only following an efficient and scalable process but also hiring the right talent for the team(s). You will be responsible for maintaining and innovating the appropriate recruitment strategy to attract and hire across all levels of the organization. In this role you will manage and coach a team of Global recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high performing culture. We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious about how AI can make recruiting smarter, faster, and more human. Location: Remote (US), ET preferred. Hybrid available for candidates based in Seattle or Atlanta. This role manages a distributed team across US time zones (PT, CT, ET) and a team member based in Prague.
