The Opportunity At Flywire, Talent Acquisition is a strategic business partner that directly influences our company's growth and success. We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition, APAC to lead recruiting across the Asia-Pacific region while partnering closely with senior business leaders to attract exceptional talent in a competitive global market. This role combines strategic workforce planning, executive partnership, operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and hands-on recruiting leadership. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping shape how Flywire leverages AI and technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll collaborate with recruiting teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to ensure consistency in our hiring practices while adapting to the unique needs of each APAC market. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting across APAC for technical, corporate, and leadership hiring. Develop trusted partnerships with senior leaders to build hiring strategies aligned with business priorities. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, inclusive hiring, and market intelligence. Drive recruiting projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and candidate experience. Partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, Immigration, Procurement, and Legal throughout the hiring lifecycle. Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping. Use recruiting analytics and dashboards to identify trends, improve hiring performance, and influence business decisions. Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to improve recruiter productivity, sourcing effectiveness, interview preparation, and hiring insights. Ensure recruiting processes comply with local employment regulations across APAC. Mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators while helping elevate team performance and capability. Support executive hiring and confidential searches when required. Champion a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Flywire's values and employer brand. Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve recruiting workflows. Here's What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility. 2+ years leading recruiting initiatives, mentoring recruiters, or managing recruiting teams. Experience recruiting across multiple APAC countries. Strong experience hiring technical and business professionals. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and execution. Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or high-growth technology companies. Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions. Experience leading recruiting transformation initiatives. Experience with executive search. Experience implementing or working within Workday Recruiting. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, Gem, Ashby, or similar ATS and recruiting technologies. Knowledge of labor markets across Australia, India, China, Japan, and other APAC markets. AI Native Expectations We believe AI is transforming Talent Acquisition. Successful candidates should demonstrate AI fluency and curiosity. Examples include: Regular use of AI tools to improve recruiting quality and efficiency. Experience using generative AI for sourcing, interview preparation, research, writing, or recruiting operations.
