Manager, Transaction Advisory

Our client is a growing advisory firm seeking a Manager to join their Transaction Advisory Services team. This role lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and middle-market businesses, providing critical insights that drive strategic decision-making. As a key member of the team, you will oversee financial analysis, manage client relationships, and contribute to the development of the growing practice. Responsibilities: Oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects, ensuring comprehensive financial assessments for clients Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and operational data, leading quality of earnings reviews, net working capital evaluations, and other key financial analyses Facilitate discussions with target company executives, gathering essential financial information and providing strategic insights to clients Prepare and deliver detailed due diligence reports, outlining key findings and transaction considerations Support business development efforts and contribute to practice growth through process improvements and thought leadership Mentor, coach, and evaluate junior team members, fostering professional development within the firm Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or public accounting, ideally within a Big 4 or national consulting firm CPA or equivalent certification preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Superior project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple engagements simultaneously Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
