With a strong presence in over 20 countries and decades of expertise, our client specializes in providing advanced B2B equipment and solutions, also with a B2C division, with manufacturing and distributio.n Their products, including state-of-the-art concrete and mixing equipment, play a critical role in driving progress in housing, infrastructure, and urban development projects. We are seeking a driven professional as the Iberian Managing Director to join their business and team. Key Responsibilities: Development and management of business support resources, such as sales & marketing division, market intelligence, finance, human resources, administration, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, finance, as well as spare parts. Development and maintenance of relationships for business opportunities, general management, direct sales, customers, and channels. Collation and analysis of market information, industry dynamics, and sales data. Platform construction, compliance control, institutional system building, team development, and resource coordination in each country within the region of responsibility. Achieving Iberian (Spain and Portugal) regional sales targets. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in business, engineering, or a related. At least 5 years of experience in a B2B industry, working for multinational companies, with a role as CEO, strong commercial mindset, and people leadership approach. Work experience in European Matrix enviroments is required. Excellent skills in team building and development. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Career Benefits Comprehensive benefits package.
