The Role As Managing Director, you hold full P&L responsibility for the Benelux business and are accountable for driving profitable growth across sales, delivery, and customer success. You will lead a high-performing organization while further strengthening commercial execution, operational excellence, and customer value creation. Key responsibilities: · Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in line with Group objectives · Own and deliver on P&L performance and growth targets · Lead and develop the full business unit across Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success · Drive new business growth (whitespace/hunting) while expanding existing accounts (farming) · Strengthen market position through solution-based, consultative selling · Ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction · Build strong collaboration across regions to leverage capabilities, capacity, and best practices · Act as a visible market leader and brand ambassador in the intralogistics space What We Are Looking For We are looking for a commercially sharp, growth-oriented leader with a strong track record from the intralogistics or adjacent project-driven industries. You combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution and bring credibility, network, and drive to make an immediate impact. Key qualifications: · Proven experience with P&L ownership in a project-driven, system solution business · Strong background in intralogistics, automation, or complex technical solution sales (hardware + software + services) · Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and delivering profitable growth · Solid track record in leading and developing high-performing teams · Experience working in international, cross-border environments · Academic degree or equivalent experience Who You Are You are a leader who creates clarity, direction, and momentum.
