Rotterdam/Netherlands (Hybrid / Remote Options Available)

€45,000 - €75,000+ DOE + uncapped commission

We’re partnering with a growing international recruitment business that’s continuing to expand its presence across the Netherlands within specialist technology and digital markets.

With an established international footprint and ambitious growth plans, they’re looking to hire experienced recruiters at Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and Team Leader level who can help build and develop high-performing desks within the Dutch market.

One of the key attractions here is flexibility.

While the business has offices in the Netherlands and offers a genuinely collaborative hybrid working environment, they’re also open to speaking with recruiters already based anywhere across the Netherlands who have a strong track record and can operate successfully in a more remote capacity.

The opportunity

These are full 360 recruitment roles focused on specialist contract and/or permanent markets, depending on your background and experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build and grow your own market vertically
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts
• Work with established international brands and fast-growing businesses
• Focus on high-value, relationship-led recruitment
• Potentially step into leadership responsibilities if operating at Principal or Team Lead level

What you’ll do

• Build and develop your own client portfolio through business development, networking and market mapping
• Source and manage high-quality candidate pipelines
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to offer management
• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships
• Contribute to the growth and culture of a scaling international business

What we’re looking for

• Agency recruitment experience within the technology sector
• Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
• Experience winning and developing client relationships
• Contract recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Fluent Dutch
• Motivated, credible and relationship-driven individuals who enjoy building markets
