Mandarin to English Interpreter — No Experience Required

Remote | Full-Time | Paid Training

We are seeking fluent Mandarin and English speakers for a fully remote interpreter opportunity with a paid training program. No prior interpretation experience is required.

Paid Training Program

Successful candidates will complete a 3-week paid training program designed to prepare them for live interpretation.

Training schedule:

- 2 hours of live training per day, 7:00 AM–9:00 AM California Time

- 5 additional hours of paid homework and assignments each week/day as assigned

- 35 paid hours per week during training

- Training and assignments must be completed according to the program schedule

Requirements

- Fluent in Mandarin and English

- Strong communication skills

- Reliable internet connection

- Professional and positive attitude

- Ability to work remotely

- Availability for a full-time position starting at 7:00 AM California Time

- Laptop or desktop computer for testing and work

No interpretation experience is required.

3. Qualified candidates will receive an English fluency test.

4. Candidates who pass the English test will receive a Mandarin fluency test.

5. Successful candidates proceed through the hiring process.

The language tests are designed to assess fluency and communication ability.

Important Testing Instructions

- Use a laptop or desktop computer only.

- Mobile phones and tablets are not permitted.

- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

- Follow all test instructions carefully.

- Do not open other applications, websites, or browser tabs during the test.

- The testing system may detect unauthorized activity and automatically disqualify candidates.

- Keep pen and paper available for taking notes.

- Complete the test in English only when instructed.

- Demonstrate your vocabulary and ability to communicate using complete, well-developed sentences.
