SOFTGAMES is a leading instant games development studio, and we are offering a remote Mandatory Internship (Pflichtpraktikum) opportunity for a Game Design student. Join our team and contribute to the development of "Matching Moments" As a Game Design Intern at SOFTGAMES, you'll be focusing on implementing story and world content for "Matching Moments". While this is primarily a Game Design Internship , it is also a great opportunity to gain insights into other areas of game development and the games industry as a whole by collaborating with our diverse team that works from all over the world. You will be using our internal content editor to shape an engaging gaming experience. This is a full-time opportunity based in Berlin, Germany with the flexibility to work from our Berlin office or remotely (or in a combination of the two). Other locations in Germany can be also considered. Please apply only if you have the right to work in Germany and you have a mandatory internship ("Pflichtpraktikum") at an educational institution in Germany. Your role… Implement captivating story and world content for "Solitaire Home Story" using our internal content editor. Collaborate with artists and developers to ensure a cohesive gameplay experience. Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input to enhance game design. Learn and apply best practices in game design, gaining hands-on experience in the industry. Your profile… Enrolled in a relevant program such as Game Design or Interaction Design. Passion for gaming and understanding of what makes games enjoyable. Familiarity with game design principles and eagerness to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. What you'll gain...
