Ensure that messaging, tone of voice and cultural references are relevant for Italian consumers. Provide feedback on customer expectations, trends and competitive activities in Italy. Support product launches and promotional campaigns with local market insights. Act as an internal expert on Italian consumer behavior and pet owner preferences. Cross-Functional Support Assist the Marketing and E-commerce teams with ad hoc projects related to Italy. Support customer communication and content localization when needed. Help identify growth opportunities and new partnerships in the Italian market. Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition in Italy. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects. Organized, proactive and detail-oriented. Passion for pets and animal welfare is a strong advantage.
