Manual QA Engineer (iOS)

About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer (iOS) to join our product team and ensure the high quality of our mobile applications. You will play a key role in validating new features, improving testing processes, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers throughout the entire development lifecycle. In this role, you will Perform manual backend testing using API tools and databases Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing of mobile applications Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and checklists Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and QA activities across all stages of the SDLC Execute and validate A/B tests in collaboration with product and analytics teams Investigate, analyze, and report bugs with clear and actionable details Own functional testing of new features, acting as a QA feature owner It’s all about you 2–3 years of experience in manual backend testing using API tools and databases Cross-platform testing experience (iOS & Android) Experience with proxy debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler, or Proxyman) Experience with test management systems (Qase, TestRail, or similar) Experience working with databases Intermediate level of English or higher Would be a plus: Experience testing with MongoDB Compass Marketing and analytics testing experience Understanding or experience with A/B testing Experience collaborating with Product Support teams What we offer Care and support: 20 paid vacation days, 15 sick days, and 6 additional days off for family events Up to 10 additional days off for public holidays 100% medical insurance coverage Sports and equipment reimbursement Team building events, corporate gifts, and stylish merch Financial and legal support Maternity recovery support allowance Position retention and support for those who join the Armed Forces of Ukraine Participation in social initiatives supporting Ukraine Comfortable working environment: Work from our Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule Modern equipment or depreciation of your own tools Investment in your future: Collaborate with a highly-skilled team of Middle & Senior professionals, sharing practical cases and expertise in the social networking niche 70% of our heads and leads have grown into their roles here – so can you!
