Monitor costs, productivity & operational efficiency across plants. Deliver analysis for decisions, risks & corrective actions. Lead cost studies (wages, energy, scrap, in-house/out-house). Consolidate KPIs (Manufacturing, SC, Process Engineering). Ensure internal control compliance & reporting consistency. Partner with Manufacturing leaders on strategy & value creation. Coordinate, challenge & develop plant controlling teams. What we’re looking for A proven track record in industrial controlling and manufacturing cost analysis; experience driving budget, forecast and KPI performance in a multi-plant environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Excellent skills in financial analysis and performance management; advanced use of Excel (SAP is a plus). Strong competencies in data-driven decision making and problem solving, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector or industrial/manufacturing environment. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
