Curewiki operates a patient-initiated clinical research discovery platform live across Europe. The platform is gaining real traction with top-tier pharma sponsors and CROs, our hospital footprint is expanding through technology partnerships anchored in EU interoperability initiatives, and the commercial organisation is being built out around it. The story is strong and getting stronger; what it needs now is an owner. You join as the first dedicated marketing hire, reporting into the COO, with real ownership from day one and the announcement calendar of a scaling company ahead of you. The MarCom Lead owns how Curewiki speaks to the world. You'll run the full marketing communications function across B2B and B2C audiences and build the systems that let content, campaigns, events, and press scale without losing precision. This is a role for someone who thinks before they publish. We work in a highly regulated space, where how we say something matters as much as what we say. Every piece of output has to hold the patient-initiated line, and you'll shape Curewiki's tone of voice and communication principles as the company scales. Your responsibilities: Content & digital marketing Build and run an AI-leveraged content engine that produces a steady, high-quality pipeline across B2B and B2C, so output scales without turning every piece into a one-off — formats span articles, video, social, and more, tailored to both the research and patient communities Make sure content aligns with our commercial objectives and lands with each audience, driving engagement and quality leads for the sales and partnerships teams Lead the execution of digital campaigns across channels, reading performance and adjusting in real time Use marketing automation to streamline email, retargeting, and social scheduling, in coordination with the outbound engines run by the commercial team Partner with external collaborators on co-branded work such as webinars and joint campaigns, keeping messaging consistent with our brand and positioning Press & announcements Own Curewiki's press and announcement calendar, including partnership and milestone communications, working with our PR agency on a relationship-led approach focused on thought leadership and storytelling Sequence owned-channel announcements and press activations deliberately, timing each to the strongest proof point rather than the earliest possible moment Guard claim accuracy in all external output: no overclaiming on product capabilities, partnerships, or results Events Own Curewiki's presence at industry events: keep the calendar current, coordinate preparation with the commercial team, and make sure we show up well Track how events and press perform and what they contribute to awareness and pipeline You've built and run a content or communications function that scaled: more output, same or higher quality, and you can show the system that made it possible You've worked in a regulated or high-accuracy context (healthcare, life sciences, finance) and treat accuracy and positioning as part of the craft, not an afterthought You're an excellent writer and editor in English, across both B2B and B2C audiences, and it shows in work you can share You run AI-first: you already use AI tools to multiply your production, and you can explain where you draw the human-judgment line You manage content calendars, campaigns, press moments, and multi-channel work without dropping threads Nice to have Dutch, French, German, or Spanish, given our markets Real ownership from day one as the first dedicated marketing hire.
