Maritime Import Analyst Your Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the import ocean freight supply chain from origin to final destination, ensuring compliance with delivery times. Confirm rate terms and coordinate operational tracking with overseas agents and shipping lines. Verify and validate ocean freight documentation (HBL, MBL, packing lists, commercial invoices), ensuring compliance with legal requirements, local customs regulations, and client instructions. Provide up-to-date status updates on shipments to internal and external clients, handling requests, updates, or claims in a timely manner. Your Profile Education: Technical, Technology, or Professional degree in international trade or related fields Experience: At least 2 years in ocean import operations. Specific Knowledge: International trade, ocean import processes, cargo handling and supply chain processes, customer service management, and complaints and claims.
