Business Development Manager - Eastern Europe (Remote)

Job Description

The Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe will focus on expanding CODADA's client base by establishing and nurturing relationships with producers and manufacturers. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and promote CODADA’s services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the Eastern European market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Eastern European market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers and manufacturers.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Present CODADA’s services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in Eastern Europe.
• Strong network of contacts within the producer and manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
