As a Market Manager - International Clusters at SIXT ride, you will drive operations and market performance across your assigned cluster of international markets, taking full ownership of profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You develop and execute strategic plans across your international cluster, adapting pricing, sales, and operational strategies to market conditions, seasonal variations, and emerging growth opportunities - including strategic partnerships and marketing campaigns You oversee Profit & Loss across your cluster of markets, implement and track KPIs, and regularly present performance reports while anticipating legislative, competitive, and economic challenges specific to each market You actively monitor ride fulfilment across multiple markets, ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and that all documentation requirements are met in every market within your portfolio You build strong relationships with Transportation Service Providers (TSPs), managing onboarding, quality, and compliance checks, while qualifying new supply leads and supporting the growth of the TSP network across your cluster You collaborate with internal teams including Pricing, Sales, Support, and Marketing to drive customer success, and use data analytics tools and independent research to benchmark pricing and assess performance across your markets You ensure a first-class customer experience across all markets in your portfolio by resolving complaints effectively, maintaining premium service quality, and supporting the delivery of promotions and campaigns YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring 5+ years in market management, sales, or business development within the transportation industry, ideally gained across multiple or international markets Education You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Tools/Systems You are proficient with data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite, and are comfortable navigating internal systems to drive data-informed decisions Language You are fluent in English, and additional languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or Arabic are a strong advantage given the international scope of the role Soft Skills You combine strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset and the resilience to thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments Team Spirit You are a collaborative team player, comfortable sharing responsibilities across markets, willing to travel across your cluster, and flexible to work across multiple time zones WHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs - Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações - are where you'll find your new home base.
