We're looking for a Market Pricing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in developing competitive pricing strategies that support growth, profitability, and customer success. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing opportunities, prepare customer quotes, analyze market trends, and help shape pricing decisions that impact business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level, detail-oriented professional interested in business analytics, pricing strategy, and commercial operations. What You'll Do Analyze and create customer quotes and bids while balancing customer needs, competitiveness, revenue, and margin goals. Respond to pricing requests and determine pricing for products within established guidelines. Monitor customer purchasing trends and implement pricing adjustments that support market-responsive strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and other business partners to develop pricing solutions for new and existing customers. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, grow market share, and deliver value to customers. Support company pricing initiatives and help track pricing performance against business objectives. Maintain customer-specific pricing programs, discounts, and related system data. Assist with product standardization efforts, cross-reference management, and customer labeling requests. What We're Looking For Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required. Prior experience in pricing, business analytics, finance, sales support, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Why Join Us?
