Marketing Account Manager

Salary range: USD 9-11/hr

A Day in the Life

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and lead cross-team communication
• Track ad campaign performance and ensure programs deliver on time and on budget
• Ensure the client’s voice is heard and understood by capturing and translating accurate client input and feedback
• Manage campaign activity and provide feedback to client
• Lead client meetings and action items, ensuring a timely turn-around time
• Work with other business units as necessary to craft a winning campaign
• Relate personally with our clients and creative lead
• Other job-related tasks as necessary

You Must Have

• At least 3 (three) years of experience in client management, media management, and/or advertising/marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
• Experience working and thriving in a team environment with shared goals and business objectives
• Demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
• Expertise in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office + knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar software programs is a major plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• A customer and brand-centric approach to all decision-making
