Marketing Account Manager

Digital Tank Marketing Agency, a creative advertising agency, based out of Sacramento, California is looking for a Full-Time Marketing Account Manager Expert to help support national franchise businesses! This role will entail building valuable client relationships, marketing campaign processing, documenting, managing client meetings, action plans, and providing client support through strong communication and reporting.

Primary responsibilities:

• Coordinate client meetings
• Document meeting notes + action items with follow up emails to follow
• Client support + communication (Meta & Google Advertising | CRM Guidance)
• Client onboarding with onboarding lead
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Campaign processing - Ads + SMS Activations
• Review client performance and conversions
• Ability to discuss marketing strategies with the marketing tools in place
• Ability to navigate within Meta & Google platforms
• Manage 1-50 franchise accounts/businesses

Desired skills and experience:

The ideal candidate for this position is an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual with a proven record of professionalism and success in fast-paced environments. The individual selected must be proficient in communication, organization, Google Suite – Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products. They must be able to understand project management tools. This is a remote, full-time (40 hours) opportunity.

At Digital Tank we offer a performance-based compensation program! Starting base pay will be $24/hour. This opportunity is fully remote, and the work hours are 8am-5pm; 40 hours per week. There is a 90 day probation from the start date to ensure we are a fit for you and vice-versa. We reserve the right to end contract / employment at any time.
