We’re a family‑oriented mortgage company that believes in taking care of our people, supporting growth, and celebrating wins together. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where accountability and teamwork matter, you’ll feel right at home here. Role Summary The person in this seat assists the development and automation of the AI systems that run across our marketing and lending technology stack — including PRIA (our internal AI/automation platform), the Go High Level (GHL) agentic CRM build, Origination Boost, Video Editor , and the third-party platforms these systems connect to. It is a hands-on, individual-contributor, builder-first position: you will be writing automations, configuring integrations, and training AI tools day to day. On security and access specifically, this role does not operate independently of IT — you will partner directly with the Tech/IT team to determine the correct access levels and permissions for every tool and integration you build, and to make sure everything meets company security standards, rather than setting security policy unilaterally. Beyond AI and automation work, this person will also pitch in on core marketing execution — ad management and design work are a plus. Key Responsibilities These responsibilities apply across marketing's current and future AI, automation, and MarTech initiatives — the specific projects and tools in scope will evolve, but the scope of the role is defined by the categories below. AI & Automation Development Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations and agentic workflows that support marketing, sales enablement, and operations — from lead generation and CRM workflows to internal reporting, communications, and content. Integrate third-party platforms and APIs into a cohesive automation ecosystem, ensuring reliable, well-documented data flow between systems. Continuously identify , scope, and prioritize new automation opportunities that reduce manual work, cut costs, or create new revenue or growth opportunities. Prototype, test, and iterate on AI tools before rolling them out broadly, incorporating feedback from the teams who use them. Security, Access & Compliance Partner with the Tech/IT team to define and maintain appropriate access levels and permissions for every AI and automation tool in use. Ensure integrations , credentials, and data handling meet company security standards and relevant regulatory requirements. Build compliance and oversight checks directly into automated workflows rather than treating them as an afterthought. Evaluate security and vendor risk for new AI tools and platforms before they're adopted, and maintain visibility into which vendors/tools are approved for use. CRM & Marketing Technology Own the roadmap for marketing's core CRM and lead-management platform(s), balancing automation with usability for the end users who depend on it. Build and maintain personalized, AI-driven communication, scoring, and engagement capabilities that improve results without sacrificing brand voice or compliance. Evaluate opportunities to consolidate , replace, or extend marketing technology as needs change , including build-vs-buy decisions. Reporting & Analytics Automation. Automate recurring internal reporting — performance dashboards, coaching/attendance tracking, retention monitoring — to reduce manual reporting overhead. Build monitoring and early-warning tools that surface risk and opportunity to leadership before they become costly. Marketing & Creative Execution Support paid ad management across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) — campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization, as needed. Contribute to marketing collateral and creative execution (graphics, campaign assets, landing pages) alongside the broader marketing team. Balance hands-on AI/automation development with day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign support as priorities require. Cross-Functional Partnership Act as the primary point of contact between Marketing and Tech/IT on anything involving AI, automation, or access/security decisions Document processes and translate technical work into terms non-technical stakeholders can act on.
