About the Position We are hiring a full stack Consulting Analyst to support a critical client engagement that involves gathering business requirements, designing data schemas, writing requirements for data engineers, and then performing an analysis on the data reported. Additionally, in this role you'll be part of the team training AI agents to help analyze data and create insights. This data may include marketing outbound data like paid/owned media campaigns and performance, and success data which include sales, subscription, and user activity. We have a roadmap of agents in this area, and you'll be one of the subject matter experts helping develop them. What You'll Do Engage with clients to gather business requirements and identify gaps in the current setup. This often involves such subject areas as Marketing Paid Media Campaigns and Reporting APIs Purchase Funnel data and analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc) Write requirements for the build out of data flows that address any gaps in current measurement Help client marketers analyze that data in the downstream sources and evaluate performance - ideally spotting high level insights and doing quick analysis in their db environments like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure SQL Studio Create queries and dashboard reports that help the client users better understand the data Help identify issues in the naming conventions and marketing taxonomy and propose solutions for easier understanding Identify and flag data quality issues (missing variables or events) About You 4+ years of marketing analytics or business analysis with a proven track record helping implement tracking for and analyzing marketing efforts. Comfortable gathering requirements and playing back what you heard to clients Experience QA'ing your work and troubleshooting when things don't function as expected Experience working in Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure SQL Server, or similar environments. You're comfortable getting access to a db schema and diving in to understand the data connections. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or other Enterprise type analytics tools Bonus points if you're familiar with Ad Network reporting UIs You have some experience working with developers, and have participated in a sprint process at some point. You enjoy technology and playing around with it. You've hacked together something and shared it with others.
