With you we will: Develop, maintain and enhance marketing performance dashboards and standardized reports. Ensure data accuracy through routine validation, quality assurance and issue resolution. Support KPI governance and metric standardization initiatives. Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions. Provide user support, documentation and guidance for reporting tools and dashboards. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data quality and analytics capabilities Key requirements: Experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Strong knowledge of marketing performance reporting, KPI governance and metric standardization. Experience in collecting, validating and consolidating data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and accuracy. Proficiency in SQL and DAX; Python is an advantage. Experience with reporting automation and process optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, resolve data issues and generate business insights. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
