Requisition #: 1797 Job Title: Marketing and Communications Intern Location: Hybrid, McLean, VA Position Description Assist with developing and editing content for company websites, newsletters, presentations, social media, and other communications channels. Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including announcements, employee communications, company updates, and marketing materials. Support social media planning, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Assist with preparation of corporate presentations, capability materials, brochures, one-pagers, and other business-development collateral. Help coordinate company events, conferences, trade shows, employee engagement activities, and other marketing initiatives. Support website content updates and basic search-engine optimization (SEO) activities. Collect and organize performance metrics for marketing and communications initiatives and help prepare reports. Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing & Communications team as needed. Education and Background Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field. Years of Experience 1-3 years of experience Required Skills Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Strong research, organization, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
