We’re looking for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join Strategic Energy Solutions, Inc.® (SES). In this role, you’ll help coordinate proposals, create polished marketing materials, and support the communication efforts that connect our technical expertise with clients and communities. What You’ll Do: Coordinate Proposals: Manage proposals and Statements of Qualification from kickoff through final submission, including schedules, deadlines, content collection, formatting, and proofreading. Create Marketing Content: Help update project sheets, resumes, presentations, social media content, website materials, newsletters, award submissions, and other communications. Bring Technical Stories to Life: Work with engineers, project managers, and leaders to turn project information and technical accomplishments into clear, engaging content. Keep Materials Organized: Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, staff resumes, project information, photography, and marketing libraries. Support Business Development: Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development team to coordinate pursuits, presentations, events, and strategic initiatives. Improve the Process: Help create more consistent, proactive, and efficient proposal and communication workflows. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred. AEC industry experience strongly preferred. Strong writing, proofreading, formatting, organization, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate contributors, and follow projects through to completion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
