Marketing Communications Consultant

Hello Claims is a market-leading claims assessment and repair business with a national presence across Australia. Recognised for innovation and officially certified as a Great Place to Work, we partner with leading insurers across vehicle, machinery, marine, motorcycle and liability claims.

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This is a fully remote role can be based anywhere in Australia.

Working closely with the Managing Director and Creative & Brand Consultant, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing, communications and PR initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen industry presence and drive measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering B2B marketing strategies aligned to business goals.
• Managing campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing, website, SEO and Google Ads.
• Creating engaging content including thought leadership, media releases, EDMs and website copy.
• Driving PR, media engagement, sponsorships, industry events and speaking opportunities.
• Optimising website performance, lead generation and marketing automation activities.
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on insights using GA4 and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and creative partners to deliver consistent brand experiences.
• Staying abreast of emerging marketing trends, technologies and AI tools.

About You

You'll bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, automotive, technology or professional services.
• Proven success delivering integrated marketing, communications and PR strategies.
• Strong digital marketing expertise across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO and GA4.
• Exceptional content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing media relationships, sponsorships and industry partnerships.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Desirable:

• Existing media relationships within insurance, fleet, automotive or business sectors.
• Experience with HubSpot, Campaign Monitor or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing and campaign optimisation.
