We are now looking for a Marketing Communication Manager to play a key role in connecting Product Management, Marketing and Sales. In this position, you will transform product expertise, customer insights and business priorities into compelling value propositions and impactful communication. Your role is to ensure that launches and product messaging are clear, relevant and well supported across functions and channels to drive growth and strengthen our market position. This is a cross-functional role for someone who enjoys turning product strengths, insights and customer needs into strong messaging, clear use cases and structured go-to-market support. Your responsibilities Develop and maintain product value propositions and messaging in collaboration with Product Management Translate product features and technical specifications into clear customer value Define and manage product claims, proof points and positioning Develop and oversee communication for the JALAS® and TEGERA® brands Identify relevant use cases and customer applications for key products Lead the marketing preparation of product launches, develop and drive a structured launch process Coordinate launch activities, content needs and communication across teams Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all launches get the right support and visibility Contribute to stronger, more consistent and more scalable product communicati Your profile You are an experienced B2B marketer with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for turning complex product information into engaging customer communication. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are equally comfortable shaping strategy and driving execution. We believe you have: Experience in product marketing, solution marketing, brand management or a similar B2B role in an international company Strong skills in positioning, messaging, launch planning and a strong ability to turn technical or product-related information into compelling customer value Experience working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams A structured and proactive way of working A commercial mindset and strong stakeholder management skills Experience of working across multiple touchpoints, including digital and PR Experience from industrial, technical or safety-related environments is a strong advantage Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and a preferably in Swedish To succeed in this role, you are: Insight-driven and customer-oriented Structured and able to manage multiple priorities Able to combine attention to detail with a strong understanding of the broader commercial and strategic context Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally Clear and confident in your communication Motivated by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution Why Ejendals?
