Marketing & Content Execution Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Execution Assistant to support a growing short-term furnished rental business managing multiple properties. The business is currently operated by the owner, who already has established systems, platforms, and marketing assets, but requires a dedicated resource to execute and maintain ongoing marketing tasks. This is a part-time (20 hours per week), remote role focused on execution rather than strategy. The ideal candidate is a “plug-and-play” executor who can follow instructions, work independently, and ensure consistent output. Job Responsibilities Social Media Content Production (Primary Focus) Create and publish social media content for 13 properties Develop posts using existing blog content, website materials, and keyword resources Perform basic video editing for social media content Maintain consistent posting across platforms Google My Business (GMB) Management Complete and maintain Google My Business pages (13 total) Assist with verification of pending listings (4 remaining) Upload and update content regularly on GMB profiles Email Marketing Execution (Secondary Focus) Execute email campaigns using existing guest data only Use pre-built templates and systems to send communications Send updates on: Promotions (e.g., events like Grand Prix) Seasonal offers and announcements Ensure campaigns are accurately executed and sent on time Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Experience with social media content creation and posting Basic video editing skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks across properties Comfortable using existing tools, templates, and systems Nice to Have Experience with Google My Business (GMB) Background in short-term rentals, real estate, or property marketing Experience with email marketing platforms Opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive compensation package, including Maxicare HMO
