Marketing Content Manager – Digital Channels (f / m /d)

We are looking for a technically-adept Digital Content Technologist to lead the lifecycle of our web presence. Your primary mission will be the end-to-end creation, configuration, and optimization of high-performance Landing Pages within our CMS ecosystem.

You aren't just an editor; you are a power user who understands how templates, data sources, and fragments come together to create a seamless international user journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing our marketing strategy across diverse online channels, aligned with our overall business goals.
• Managing and continuously growing our international social media channels
• Content creation: create and coordinate content for social media and our websites
• Content maintenance: ongoing updates and optimization of existing content
• Create, maintain, and optimize web content (text, images, Landing Pages and optionally video)
• Manage and continuously improve our website(s) from an editorial perspective
• Work with the content management system FirstSpirit
• Ensure consistency with corporate design and brand voice
• SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO)
• MarTech Integration: Seamlessly integrate Website forms, tracking scripts, and personalization logic into the CMS layer to support lead generation.
• Perform quality assurance and enhance user experience in order to support lead generation

Your Profile

• Degree in communications, media, marketing, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on content creation.
• Experience in online editing or content management
• Confident use of social media management tools (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• First experience with a CMS system is a must
• Basic knowledge of HTML and SEO is a plus
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2). Proficiency in another language (e.g., German, Turkish, Spanish, Italian etc.) is highly preferred and considered a major advantage.
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
