The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in the timely and successful execution of the group ’ s events in Europe and beyond. Working across our Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Experiential Tech Events, this role will be a fundamental part in establishing key brands in Europe and Asia as we build a strong portfolio in this geography. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support Questex’s success by: Supports audience and digital marketing managers in execution of the campaigns and activities they own across the portfolio of events and audience engagement. Updates websites with the latest content and copy, ensuring the websites are optimised for UX and conversion. Sets up, tests and executes segmented emails, social media, advocacy marketing and referrals. Works with the internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning. Works with the COE (Centre of Excellence) performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing. Aids sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfilment of sponsor contracts across website, event app, email, social media and press engagement. Travels and attends events and/or meetings as required. What we will love about your background: Proven project management and excellent time management skills are required. Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, highly motivated team player, with strong project management skills. Quick learner of new technologies, tools and processes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines. Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and marketing automation software or email service providers. Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Your Experience and Education include: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in a client/customer-facing role preferred. Strong written and verbal skills. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
