The organisation delivers end-to-end solutions across managed IT services, security, cloud technology, business continuity, infrastructure, and user device environments, with a strong focus on customer success and innovation. Ideal Profile Experience & Marketing Skills Experience in marketing coordination, communications, campaigns, or a similar hands-on marketing role. Background in IT, technology, or managed services environments is highly desirable. Strong content creation, copywriting, and brand messaging skills for technical and professional audiences. Strong graphic design capabilities using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms. Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and reporting. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimisation, and automation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality marketing materials. Tools & Systems Experience with CRM platforms such as ConnectWise or similar systems. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as GlassHive or equivalent tools. Comfortable working with email marketing, social scheduling, website CMS platforms, and automation tools. Ability to leverage AI content, design, campaign, and automation technologies. Personal Attributes Confident, mature, and proactive approach to marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluent conversational English. Responsibilities Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, campaigns, and sales collateral. Design branded marketing assets, presentations, graphics, and digital content. Coordinate email, social media, digital, webinar, event, and vendor marketing campaigns. Manage EDMs, content schedules, marketing workflows, and campaign calendars. Support website updates, SEO activities, paid advertising initiatives, and performance monitoring. Coordinate marketing projects, briefs, timelines, and deliverables. Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Support vendor engagement activities, including portals, submissions, merchandise, and supplier coordination. Liaise with agencies, creative partners, vendors, and internal sales teams. Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content quality, campaign execution, and automation. Build a strong understanding of the organisation’s brand, messaging, and value proposition, then contribute improvement ideas.
