The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of EMEA marketing strategies and initiatives across channels and regions, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness and elevating brand positioning in the global luxury landscape. The role involves coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing day-to-day marketing operations, and supporting event planning, product launches, and campaign execution. This role also includes direct responsibility for supervising RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Support & Coordination Support the EMEA Marketing and Global PR Director in the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns Coordinate the development of marketing presentations and sales tools Manage relationships with PR agencies, third-party partners, and suppliers for asset delivery, sample management, and communications Oversee the preparation of press clippings and collaborate with the Global Marketing team on reporting Ensure consistency and timeliness in the execution of cross-functional marketing tasks Project & Intern Management Act as point of reference for marketing interns, assigning tasks and providing regular guidance and feedback Ensure interns are aligned with marketing priorities and timelines Contribute to the onboarding and training of new marketing team members Product Marketing & Development Coordinate with the product development team on bespoke projects, PR gifts, and exclusive product launches for marketing events Manage requests related to product customization and branding tools Event Planning & Execution Plan and support the execution of retail, trade, and press events Oversee logistics, guest experience, and coordination with external venues and suppliers Provide on-site support during activations and ensure successful brand representation Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, retail, and hospitality teams to develop targeted marketing materials Attend recurring meetings with internal teams and partners, sharing updates and follow-ups Support the execution of global brand initiatives at the regional level QUALIFICATION & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 1/2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry Native or fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus Strong project management and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage junior team members and work collaboratively Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM, Adobe, or digital marketing tools is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally for events and activations We offer a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours (start time between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and finish time between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM). The package includes “CCNL Tessile Industria” with a salary range of €25,000–€27,000 per year, €8 daily meal vouchers, a corporate welfare program, and the possibility to work remotely two days per week.
