The Opportunity: The Marketing Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the Marketing team, supporting the planning, execution, tracking and reporting of marketing initiatives. This role works collaboratively with the Marketing Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to keep day-to-day workflows organized, projects moving, stakeholders informed and materials delivered on time, on brand and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong project management, analytical and communications skills to bring structure, follow-through and support to a fast-paced marketing environment. This is a hybrid position based in New Prague, MN. Job Outcomes You Must Get: Manage inbound marketing project requests, clarify project requirements, establish project timelines, and coordinate reviews, approvals and delivery. Drive the Electromed editorial calendar, project trackers and status reports ensuring cross functional visibility and on-time delivery of marketing initiatives. Proactively monitor priorities, deadlines, and risks, escalating issues and recommending solutions to keep projects on schedule. Partner with the Marketing Designer to coordinate project inputs, copy and content readiness, reviews, print production, file delivery, and final material availability. Coordinate cross-functional review and approvals including routing materials through compliance signoff processes. Manage relationships with printers and other external marketing service partners, including coordination of print production from estimate through delivery, proof review, production schedules, inventory requirements, shipping, and quality control. Maintain print and digital asset libraries ensuring proper version control, tracking inventory levels, material availability and coordinating reprints when needed. Monitor collateral inventory and usage, coordinate reprints, and recommend order quantities based on anticipated demand to enable the commercial organization to achieve growth goals. Develop and maintain recurring marketing reports, dashboards, campaign summaries, and post-program analyses to support informed decision-making. Support day-to-day and month-end marketing activities, initiatives and reporting needs. Identify and recommend improvements to marketing workflows, templates, tools, reporting, and documentation to increase efficiency, consistency, and visibility. Work across teams to provide resources and tools to support the commercial organization in achieving growth goals. Job Outcomes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field. 3+ years experience in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, project management or marketing support role. Strong organization and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with experience gathering, organizing and reporting data in a clear and actionable format. Working knowledge of print production processes, specifications and paper finishing options. Excellent written, proofreading and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Asana project management tools a plus. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems and complete projects with limited direction in an environment of competing priorities. Collaborative mindset for working cross-functionally to drive company-wide initiatives. Detail oriented and self-driven to successfully organize, manage and complete multiple projects with limited direction to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Located within commutable distance from New Prague, MN. The compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $64,000 annually with the final agreed upon rate to be based on individual experience, skills, and qualifications.
