Marketing Coordinator [maternity cover]

Responsibilities: HQ Task Coordination & Execution: Track and manage tasks across Jira and Monday; efficiently distribute tasks to team members. Monitor deadlines (DDLs) and ensure the high-quality execution of deliverables. Prepare mailings and build landing pages (LPs). Maintain daily communication with HQ coordinators. Implement quarterly regulatory ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) changes across all marketing materials. Local Task Coordination & Execution Submit and prioritize Jira tasks (graphics, pop-ups, SMS campaigns). Delegate tasks to local team members (e.g., CMS notifications to analysts, performance copy to Social Media Specialists). Design and set up automated workflows in collaboration with the HQ HubSpot Product Owner. Operational & Reporting Duties Track and maintain campaign performance data in the Sales x Marketing spreadsheet (campaigns, LPs, and mailings). Manage HubSpot LPs and workflows (deactivate outdated content, resolve email subscription issues). Report directly to and work closely with the Marketing Project Manager. Requirements: Language Skills: Native or fluent in Czech or Slovak AND fluent in English (daily communication with HQ in Poland is required). Core Marketing Tools: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot , Jira , and Monday . CMS Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with website content management (editing web pages, uploading articles, fixing translations, etc.). Organizational Skills: Excellent understanding of marketing campaign structures, strong prioritization, and time management skills. Google Workspace: Proficiency in Google Drive and Google Docs (formatting documents and importing e-books into templates).
